I work in the management consulting industry as a consultant for local and international Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), as well as local and international government bodies.

I have worked in the human resources field for over 30 years. I was the Senior Human Resources Director of a real estate company, responsible for formulating and executing the company's HR strategy to support the business.

I have been working in the education industry as an English teacher for over 12 years, primarily in early years education. Currently, I am working as a supply teacher and taking part-time teaching jobs while on a gap year for my career break.

In my current role as a Quantitative Analyst at a hedge fund, my responsibilities include conducting research on trading strategies, developing machine learning models, optimizing strategies through backtesting, exploring cryptocurrency projects, and building proprietary trading systems.

As a Director in People Solutions, I serve as a Business Problem Solver and Career Growth Specialist for my clients by acting as a Human Resources Consultant. I focus on understanding my clients’ HR challenges and empower them by offering end-to-end transformational People Solutions such as corporate training, coaching, consulting, outsourcing, and offsite events.

I’m currently a Hong Kong qualified lawyer in a international law firm. I mainly support the firm’s clients in resolving their legal and regulatory issues and dealing with the local regulators in seeking relevant regulatory approvals, in regulatory investigations into suspected regulatory non-compliance issues, and in ensuring clients’ continuing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
